My kiddo is sick today so I am at home watching Disney Junior and catching up on some things around the house. I don't have time to get sick so I'm definitely sterilizing as I go!
Over the weekend my sister-in-law gave me a bag of strawberry Shakeology mix that she had left over. She didn't care for it too much but I thought I would give it a try. I mixed it with water and it really wasn't half bad. Since I was at home all day I though I'd play around with it a bit and have a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch. My breakfast shake was mixed with 8oz of water but my lunch shake was a lot more creative.
For lunch I had mixed the strawberry shake mix with a handful of ice, 8 oz of milk and a cup of watermelon. It made about 16 ounces of shake and it was actually pretty good. It was my first recipe so we'll see what I come up with next. The shakes are pretty creamy and not too grainy. I know they're not AdvoCare's meal replacement shakes but I am impressed.
Now, let's see if it keeps the cravings away for the next couple of hours......That's the real test!
Of course I have had my Spark this morning......where has it been all my life. YAY go Spark!!!!
